What is Counselling?

Counselling is an opportunity to explore and make sense of your situation in a confidential, supportive space without judgement or advice. It can sometimes be difficult to reach out to friends and family around you, counselling offers the opportunity to share with someone impartial in a relationship that is unique to counselling.

If you are feeling lost, low, or perhaps life has lost it's sparkle, seeing a counsellor may be helpful for you.

It can be a positive step in the right direction to help you explore any issues troubling you or help you make sense of life choices which could lead to a happier fulfilled existence.

​Each session is yours to use as you wish. You are the expert in your own life, we work together moving at your pace to look at the parts of your life causing you pain, distress or anything stopping you from being yourself.

​I can work with anxiety, depression, low mood, shame, anger, young people, relationships, gender, sexuality or anything else causing you angst.

Please note I work with individuals aged 16yrs and above

I do not work with anyone under 16 or couples
